Dealer eProcess offers innovative solutions that are specifically crafted to meet the needs of automotive dealerships, helping them enhance their operations and improve customer engagement. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enterprise Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing our enterprise client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of enterprise client accounts, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Help coordinate client meetings and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and Dealer eProcess products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
- Partner with third-party agencies to develop and implement effective dealership strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
