As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Bristol, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. DayTimeMon02:45 PM - 12:45 AMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:45 PM - 12:45 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and/or contractor access as directed by site policies, and communicate with staff and guests in a professional manner.
- Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or potential hazards observed during patrols and routine post duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
