The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enrollment Management to spearhead a dynamic division dedicated to achieving enrollment and student success objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a comprehensive, data-driven, and continuously evaluated suite of initiatives aimed at improving student enrollments, retention, and academic profiles. This role involves close collaboration with students from the pre-inquiry stage to graduation, and the formulation and execution of a transparent, collaborative, and cutting-edge enrollment management and retention strategy aligned with the institution's mission and strategic plan. The Vice President will also oversee the development and implementation of a long-range strategic enrollment plan, integrating best practices in recruitment, and identifying new opportunities to attract a diverse student population.
