Location: Charlotte, NC | Tempe, AZ | St. Louis, MO (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00/hour on W2 (Based on experience) Duration: 12-Month Contract with potential for Full-Time Conversion Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Local Time) About the Opportunity Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus primarily on recruiting for sales-related positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys sourcing talent, building strong business relationships, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Maintain accurate recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruiting activity and meet hiring timelines and business objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience sourcing and recruiting for professional-level positions. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for sales or customer-facing roles. Experience using Workday Recruiting and/or Phenom. Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make data-driven hiring decisions. Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
