Ready to lead a great team? As Manager, you'll coach and grow your staff, build schedules, and work hand-in-hand with your Area Manager to keep salon operations running strong. Earn $35+ per hour with potential for additional bonuses. Flexible scheduling means work-life balance isn't just a phrase — it actually fits your lifestyle. This full-time role includes PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid holidays. A current Texas Cosmetology or Barber license is required to apply.
