Role Description
We are looking for an experienced global supply manager to join Happy Droid’s team. In this role, you will initiate and build strategic supplier partnerships while managing mechanical and electrical parts and assemblies that sit at the core of our robotics platform. You will also support the manufacturing and scale-up of these systems, ensuring high quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate brings a creative yet practical mindset, along with demonstrated experience managing mass production suppliers. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who can inspire and support a team, while also independently driving projects and owning outcomes end to end.
This position is on-site in San Mateo, CA.
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science in Engineering
- 3+ Years of industry experience in s upply chain development, sourcing management
- Ability to travel Internationally
- Hands-on experience in machined parts, molding, circuit boards, sensors etc.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
