Dietary Supervisor Job Summary:

Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department , ensuring efficient and effective management of food service, patient meal planning, and staff supervision.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient-centered care plans, incorporating dietary recommendations and needs.

• Supervise and train dietary staff , providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Conduct patient assessments to identify dietary needs and develop personalized meal plans.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation , ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives , identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Dietary Supervisor Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role, with a focus on dietary management and patient care preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and train dietary staff.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, with attention to detail and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
