Property ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use commercial properties throughout the Greater Sacramento area. This position offers the opportunity to manage high-profile assets, drive financial performance, build strong tenant relationships, and play a key leadership role mentoring Assistant Property Managers. Must have: Commercial Property Management experience, leadership capability, and team fit are their top priorities.What You'll Be DoingManage the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a commercial real estate portfolioOversee budgets, expense management, CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, and financial reportingBuild and maintain strong tenant relationships while ensuring exceptional customer serviceCoordinate vendors, maintenance projects, property inspections, and capital improvementsReview leases and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with tenant and ownership obligationsPartner with Facilities teams to maintain asset quality and property appearanceEnsure compliance with safety, ADA, and property regulationsMentor and support Assistant Property Managers and junior team membersWhat We're Looking For3+ years of commercial property management experienceExperience managing office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use propertiesStrong understanding of budgets, financial reporting, tenant relations, and lease administrationExperience with Yardi, MRI, SAP, or similar property management platformsProven leadership, coaching, or mentorship experienceExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
