Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel BartenderHerschend is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to add to our restaurant operations team for our newest hospitality venture, Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel, located in the heart of Downtown Nashville. The ideal candidate is driven to provide excellent bar experiences for our guests through proper steps of service and maintain a great work environment for our fellow hosts and vendors at Jolene's, an 85 seat lounge on the top floor of the hotel.Inspired by Dolly Parton's epic career and trailblazing spirit, SongTeller Hotel in Nashville is as unique as the global icon herself. Dolly welcomes guests to a place where they can Love Every Moment; it is a place to unplug, to connect with loved ones and to be entertained.The Parton's Live Bartender position provides a unique opportunity for the right individual to be involved in opening bar efforts for Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel featuring 245 rooms, two F&B Entertainment venues, a market, and Dolly Parton's Museum. This position is driven to create meaningful experiences for our hosts, guests, and community while simultaneously ensuring the success and profitability of our unique bar offerings. So come experience the unique charm, and hospitality that could only be created by the iconic hostess herself!Summary of Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesChecks with Manager for daily objectivesProperly setting up/closing down bar wells with accuracy and ensuring all necessary supplies are stockedInspects Bar for cleanlinessCraft and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with consistency and precisionMaintain a thorough knowledge of the full beverage menu including spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offeringsMaintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codesPerforms service, busser and runner duties as appropriateMust be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by managementUses POS accurately.
