Travel Rn - Acute Care Rehab3x12s, nights, 7p-730a every third weekend, holidays as needed. Float required. All travelers subject to float between all Cone Health campuses if needed. Minimum 1 year experience. No first time travelers. Acute care rehab experience preferred.BLS, EPIC, interpretation of laboratory results, medication reconciliation, patient health questionnaire history allergies, vital signs - blood pressure, respirations, temperature, pulse. Dressing change, set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays, capillary, labeling of specimens, throat, urine - UA clean catch, phlebotomy. Telephone triage, pharmacy calls/patient refill requests CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, neurological dx, generalized debility. Inpatient rehab department, specialized care for qualified patient with rehabilitation needs.
