As a key member of the Program Management Office, you will lead complex battery and electrical engineering new product development programs, driving execution across cross-functional teams while managing risk, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. You'll get to: The Job:Lead complex new product development programs involving battery and electrical engineering technologiesBuild and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and critical path activitiesDrive cross-functional execution across technical, operational, and financial teamsMonitor program P&L, capital spend, and financial performance against objectivesAlign R&D and Finance on budgets and investment prioritiesPrepare leadership updates on project status, risks, and recovery plansSupport process improvement, documentation, and program management best practicesManage resources and ensure successful delivery from planning through completionThe Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
