How you’ll make an impact in this role Drive patient safety and quality initiatives by partnering with clinical leaders to analyze data, identify gaps, and implement evidence-based practices that directly improve patient outcomes. Mentor and develop caregivers through regular unit rounds and collaborative coaching, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth and clinical excellence. Lead evidence-based practice (EBP) projects, translation of research, and the refinement of clinical guidelines to ensure the delivery of top-tier, modern patient care. Translate complex quality data into actionable insights for frontline teams, empowering them to elevate nursing standards and care delivery. Bridge the gap between research and reality by analyzing clinical outcomes and embedding the latest medical research into daily bedside practice guidelines. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
