Job Title: Production & Packaging Operator (Day & Night Shifts)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production & Packaging Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently packaging pasta products according to company and customer specifications, while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
ScheduleRotating A/B Schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $19/hour

Package pasta products in cartons and totes according to specification sheets.
Pre-stage and organize materials for each shift.
Monitor production line and ensure correct product is dispensed into containers.
Complete required Quality Assurance paperwork accurately.
Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and sanitation as needed.
Form containers manually or using a case-forming machine.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material movement.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.
Support shutdown and sanitation duties.
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive movements.
Ability to handle heavy lifting and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Remove all debris and spilled pasta from underneath
- Work will begin in areas that are already pest threshold
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Schedule Monday - Friday 10 hour shifts
- Cleaning duties
