Adult Residential Support Professional

Join our team in Neillsville, WI as a Residential Support Professional and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals receiving services in our Addictions, Restorative Justice, Mental Health Residential, and Crisis programs. Schedule Full-Time | 38.5 Hours Per Week (Including a mandatory staff meeting 1 hour per week) Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights - 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM What You'll Do As a Residential Support Professional, you will provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents while helping create a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment. Key responsibilities include: Support, interact with, and monitor residents while serving as a positive role model Document resident observations and maintain required records Assist with medication monitoring and administration (per program guidelines) Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations Support residents in achieving treatment and recovery goals Perform household duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing supplies Assist with transportation to appointments, meetings, and community activities Help residents develop life skills, including meal preparation and daily living tasks Participate in staff meetings and required training Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience in human services, behavioral health, social services, or a related field preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record required Why Join Us?
