Job Summary Performs accounting functions including reconciling and balancing accounts, applying payments and account reconciliations. This position interacts with the Accounting Manager, other accounting department personnel, and all AFFLINK associates. Job Description Job Summary Performs accounting functions including reconciling and balancing accounts, applying payments and account reconciliations. This position interacts with the Accounting Manager, other accounting department personnel, and all AFFLINK associates. Duties/Responsibilities Reconcile and balance accounts Ensure transactions are properly recorded and reconciled at month end. Prepares journal entries as deemed necessary in accounts for which responsibility has been delegated. Prepare month end account reconciliations Apply payments received each day for departments which responsibility has been delegated. Cash Sheet and lockbox backup duties include downloading the lockbox, loading cash sheet with deposit information, and processing images in the scanner. Performs additional assigned duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager, Director of Accounting or other management.
