Partner Development Representative

Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with professional communication and executive presence
• Confidence initiating outreach, developing business relationships, and building credibility with attorneys and senior-level professionals
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability
• Competitive, results-oriented mindset, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, legal services, professional services, or another relationship-focused environment
• Demonstrated success developing external business relationships
• Experience with attorneys, law firms, or referral-based business models preferred; personal injury law or professional services experience is a plus
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Ability to work primarily in an office and use computers, phones, and virtual meeting tools frequently
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Occasional travel for partner meetings, conferences, or networking events may be required

• Build and sustain a pipeline of prospective law firm partners
• Identify and engage firms that fit our standards, capabilities, and strategic needs
• Hold initial conversations with attorneys and senior decision-makers
• Explain our partnership model, expectations, and value proposition
• Manage prospective partners from first contact through qualification and onboarding
• Coordinate agreements, documentation, systems access, and internal setup
• Guide new partners toward activation and their first signed case
• Hand partners over to Account Management after their first signed case
• Keep pipeline and partner-stage records accurate
• Identify ways to improve partner development and onboarding processes
• Represent us at conferences and industry events
