They will be the first impression, providing a unique check-in experience. The host will serve as the first physical impression of the property and be responsible for providing a unique, professional, and hospitable arrival and departure experience.**What you have**Previous hospitality experienceExcellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, and iPadsProven experience working in a clean, organized, and efficient manner Ability to take initiative and handle assignments with limited supervisionExperience in handling confidential informationStrong collaboration skills and ability to coordinate with a team A sense of ownership in everything that you do Interact with guests in a professional manner while sharing hotel knowledge.
