Overview The TwinEagles Club is a member-owned, full-service country club with 717 residences across approximately 1,115 acres of breathtaking subtropical wilderness. Meticulously preserved to offer panoramic views and immersive encounters with Florida wildlife, the Club has earned Audubon International Gold Signature Sanctuary certification in recognition of its environmental stewardship. The Club is home to two acclaimed championship courses: The Talon Course , designed and renovated by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II, is celebrated for its length, challenging approach shots, and undulating greens. The Talon Course also hosted the PGA TOUR Champions' Chubb Classic, formerly the ACE Group Classic, from 2002 to 2006 and again from 2012 to 2018. The Eagle Course , designed by Steve Smyers and Patrick Andrews, is recognized for its strategic design, architectural character, and visual elegance. The course was updated in 2019 to further enhance its playability. In addition to exceptional golf, Members enjoy diverse culinary experiences, an active social calendar, a comprehensive Wellness Center, and a vibrant Racquets Center featuring tennis, pickleball, bocce, swimming, personal training, physical therapy, and massage therapy. The Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional is a service-focused and highly engaged member of the TwinEagles Golf TEAM. This position supports the Club's golf operation during its peak season and plays an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for Members and guests across our 36-hole facility. The Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional assists with daily Golf Shop operations, tournament administration, tee time coordination, merchandising, Member services, instructional programming, and on-course operations. The position works collaboratively with the Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, LPGA Professional, Director of Player Development, Director of Retail, and the entire Golf Operations TEAM. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated golf professional seeking meaningful private-club experience, exposure to a high-volume golf operation, professional development, and the opportunity to build relationships within an active and engaged membership. Experience Required PGA or LPGA Member, Associate, or individual actively pursuing PGA or LPGA professional status is preferred. Enrollment in or graduation from a PGA Golf Management University program is encouraged. Previous experience in a private club, golf resort, tournament operation, or hospitality-focused environment is preferred. Working knowledge of golf operations, tournament administration, the Rules of Golf, and professional service standards. Experience with Golf Genius, ForeTees, Jonas, EventPro360, or comparable golf management platforms is preferred. Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with Members in a professional setting. Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a TEAM environment. Availability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including early mornings, weekends, holidays, and tournament days. Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a golf cart. Essential Responsibilities Provide attentive and personalized service to Members and guests throughout the golf operation. Support daily Golf Shop activities, including opening and closing procedures, tee time coordination, point-of-sale transactions, answering telephone calls, and responding to Member questions. Assist with the planning, preparation, execution, scoring, and breakdown of Club tournaments, leagues, outings, and special golf events. Utilize Golf Genius to assist with event registration, pairings, scorecards, cart signs, scoring, results, and tournament communications. Assist with tee time lotteries, daily play administration, and the communication of course availability and operating information. Prepare and deliver tournament announcements, rules information, and event results when assigned. Maintain a working knowledge of the Rules of Golf and assist with their application during Club events and daily play. Support Golf Shop merchandising through sales assistance, product knowledge, restocking, merchandise presentation, receiving, and maintaining an organized retail environment. Assist Members with apparel, footwear, golf equipment, and special-order needs while providing thoughtful and personalized recommendations. Support club fitting days, vendor demonstrations, clinics, and other Member programming. Assist the Director of Player Development and professional staff with golf clinics, instructional programs, and player-development initiatives, including beginner and Operation 36 programming. Provide individual golf instruction when authorized and scheduled in accordance with Club policies. Engage with Members on the practice facilities and golf courses to strengthen relationships and support a welcoming Club environment. Monitor course activity, pace of play, practice facility presentation, and other Member-facing areas as assigned. Communicate operational concerns promptly and assist the Golf Operations TEAM in resolving issues that may affect the Member experience. Maintain accurate records and complete assigned administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Participate in departmental meetings, training opportunities, and professional-development activities. Assist other areas of the golf operation as needed to ensure consistent service and successful daily execution.
