Our Employment Services team operates in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that combines person-centered supports with strong administrative and data practices to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago is seeking a motivated and experienced Youth Residential Supervisor to lead operations within therapeutic youth group homes. This role ensures a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment while promoting independence, life skills, and community integration for youth in care.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, schedule, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)Maintain a consistent leadership presence in assigned residential homesEnsure implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and behavior supportsMonitor compliance, documentation, and data collection requirementsSupport crisis response, safety practices, and youth well-beingCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams and agency leadershipRequired QualificationsMust be at least 25 years of ageAt least 1 years of full-time experience in a residential childcare programBachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human services field OR 5 years of supervised experience in a congregate care settingMinimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesSupervisory experience preferredValid Illinois Driver's License with proof of insuranceAbility to obtain or maintain First Aid, CPR, Safety Cares, and medication administration certificationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to provide physical assistance and interventions when necessarySchedule & Position DetailsSalaried, full-time positionFlexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shiftsExtended work hours and occasional Saturdays may be required to support agency programming and home visitsOn-call availability as needed
