Commercial HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff to completion, including planning, scheduling, and execution Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, owners, and subcontractors Oversee procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontractor services Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule or budget Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plans Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and company standards Qualifications 3–7+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRF/VRV systems, ductwork, controls, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasting Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications Experience working with general contractors on large-scale commercial builds Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes OSHA certification Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bodieserv
