Inventory Associate

The Inventory Associate at Integrated Circuit Solutions is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving, and organizing products, conducting inventory counts, and supporting daily warehouse or stockroom operations. This position requires attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role assures that the inventory process is in alignment with IC S quality standards. Key Responsibilities Order, receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Accurately record inventory transactions in inventory management systems Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas in an organized manner Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow company policies and safety procedures Assist other departments with inventory-related requests Qualifications Required Familiarity with IC S inventory management software, NetSuite Basic understanding of warehouse operations Experience using scanners or handheld inventory devices Proficiency with Word and Excel Ability to communicate with vendors and to set clear expectations Core Competencies Ability to manage a fast-paced environment Clear, professional communication Strong coordination across teams Problem solving and sound decision making Fast paced, high growth manufacturing setting Mix of shop floor and office interaction Daily collaboration with internal teams Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs as needed Required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday #J-18808-Ljbffr
