• Thoroughly clean fully furnished studios, one- and two-bedrooms condominium units, ready them for new renters
• Maintain order and sanitation in common areas, commercial spaces, and work areas
• Laundry
• Maintain the cleanliness of the salons and business offices.

Skill Requirements

• Occupational-Specific: Must be capable of lifting 30 lbs. and performing repetitive cleaning activities throughout an 8-hr shift.
• Technical Skills: Training provided. Knowledge of laundry and cleaning solutions.
• Personal & Professional: Good listening and oral communication skills imperative. Must be proficient in detailed cleaning. Must be able to be able to perform assigned duties quickly and efficiently. Also, must possess good customer service skills and/or resident relations.

Task Description

• Clean kitchen and bathroom surfaces, wash dishware, make beds (using flat sheets), dust, and vacuum
• Clean appliances, light fixtures, and windows
• Clean and wax floors and cove base
• Spot clean carpets and walls
• Make sure curtains are clean
• Change light bulbs and batteries
• Replenish towels, dishware/flatware, and guest amenities
• Maintain and control cleaning supply inventory
• Sort, pre-treat, wash, dry and fold sheets, towels, and bedding
• Report maintenance problems to management
• Clean commercial spaces
• Other duties as assigned
