Office Clerk / Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This is a part-time position ideal for a bilingual professional who is organized, punctual, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (With the possibility of additional hours if needed)Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (starting)ResponsibilitiesTake accurate notes related to charts and office recordsAssist with general administrative and clerical dutiesOrganize and maintain files and documentationSupport office staff with day-to-day tasks as neededCommunicate effectively in both English and SpanishRequirementsFully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)Strong organizational and note-taking skillsBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)Ability to follow instructions and work independentlyReliable and punctualAdditional InformationThis is a part-time role with the opportunity to increase hours based on business needs and performance.
