Head Baseball Coach

Head Baseball Coach – Wolfpack Athletics - Norfolk, Massachusetts Wolfpack Athletics is looking to add an experienced and motivated Head Baseball Coach to our coaching staff. We are looking for someone who understands that coaching at Wolfpack is about more than managing a lineup or winning games. Our coaches are responsible for developing players, teaching the game, creating a competitive and positive environment, and helping young athletes become better baseball players and teammates. Responsibilities include: Lead Wolfpack team practices and games Develop players across all areas of the game Teach and implement the Wolfpack baseball philosophy and playbook Manage game strategy, lineups, pitching and player rotations Communicate effectively with players, families and Wolfpack leadership Create a positive, competitive and accountable team environment Work collaboratively with other Wolfpack coaches and development staff Represent Wolfpack Athletics professionally on and off the field What we're looking for: Strong baseball background and knowledge of the game Previous coaching experienceAbility to teach and communicate effectively with young athletes Dependable, organized and professional Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to balance competition with long-term player development College playing experience and/or previous high school, club or collegiate coaching experience is preferred but not required. Wolfpack Athletics is a growing baseball organization based out of The Den, our 11,700-square-foot training facility in Norfolk, Massachusetts .
