Marketing Operations Coordinator

HomeSpec is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to help track what happens to each marketing lead—from the first call or online inquiry through the appointment and sale. In this role, you will review calls, maintain reports, investigate lead records, and share practical insights that help the team understand marketing results and missed booking opportunities. If you enjoy working with details, researching questions, and turning information into clear findings, this role could be a good fit. No marketing degree or prior marketing experience is required; HomeSpec will provide training on its systems and processes. This position works in-office Monday through Friday; remote and hybrid options are not available.

Responsibilities

• Review recorded calls to assess lead quality and identify missed booking opportunities and cancellations.
• Track leads from Google Local Services, Angi, and other sources, matching inquiries to appointments and sales.
• Maintain spreadsheets and reports showing lead costs, outcomes, and marketing results.
• Investigate duplicate records, missing information, and questionable leads; submit vendor feedback or credit requests when appropriate.
• Complete daily and weekly checklists, identify patterns, and share clear, practical findings with the team.
• Write short stories about completed jobs using approved project details and photos.

Qualifications

• Comfort working with spreadsheets, numbers, and detailed records.
• Clear writing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems, research answers, and solve problems independently.
• Reliable follow-through on recurring tasks without constant reminders.
• Ability to explain findings in plain language and collaborate constructively with other teams.
• Experience in marketing operations, call-center quality review, sales support, CRM administration, bookkeeping, or data reporting is helpful but not required. No marketing degree is required; judgment, curiosity, and follow-through matter more than a particular degree.
