Position Summary Phenom Cloud is seeking a highly motivated and client‑focused Technical Implementation Consultant to join our People Solutions practice. In this role, you will partner with global enterprise clients to implement, integrate, and optimize their Learning (LMS), Talent, Performance, Succession, and Compensation technologies. You will also design analytics solutions, build dashboards, and recommend complementary tools that elevate the client’s overall HR technology landscape. This is a high‑impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about using technology to empower people, teams, and organizations. You will play a key role in shaping how our clients modernize and transform their people’s systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; an associate degree with relevant experience will also be considered. Hands‑on experience implementing, integrating, or supporting enterprise Learning, Talent, Performance, Succession, or Compensation systems. Strong technical and project management skills, including expectation setting, negotiation, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Proven ability to deliver timely, high‑quality system implementations. Proficiency with APIs, SSO technologies, enterprise data flows, reporting frameworks, analytics, and dashboard development. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strong capability for data interpretation and solution design. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership; able to work independently while contributing effectively in team environments. Ability to travel approximately 25–30% for client workshops, discovery sessions, and project engagements. Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with implementation teams to understand client goals and define measurable outcomes, providing industry insights and real‑world examples to guide their technology roadmap. Document business processes, identify functional gaps, and partner with project managers to design technical solutions and strategies that drive operational efficiency. Configure, customize, and enhance system functionality to ensure seamless deployment, successful launch, and continuous optimization of client applications. Communicate technical concepts in a clear, accessible way across diverse audiences. Lead workshops, training sessions, and process walkthroughs to support user adoption. Gather, interpret, and document technical requirements, identifying opportunities to improve data integrity, analytics, reporting, and system performance. Conduct or coordinate system testing to validate platform functionality, data accuracy, and end‑to‑end integrations prior to deployment. Work closely with onshore and offshore project managers and technical teams to define, clarify, and validate operational and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Requirements Experience working with leading HR technology platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, UKG, or similar enterprise HCM/LMS systems. Prior experience in consulting, enterprise implementations, or fast‑paced technology environments. Experience in developing and executing change management strategies for new system rollouts. Cornerstone or Workday certifications are a significant advantage. Experience working in high‑growth startups or dynamic technology organizations.
