Document Control Associate Specialist role at Zimmer Biomet focused on executing document control and records management processes in a medical device quality environment. Responsibilities
- Execute document control and records management processes with appropriate retention and updates
- Train team members on various processes and procedures
- Author and develop new documents and operational processes
- Manage change control processes and meetings to ensure timely request processing
- Identify and drive departmental process improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, life sciences, or similar discipline
- 1-3 years quality control, quality assurance, or compliance experience
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820, including ISO 13485 QMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail skills
- Electronic Document Management (eDM) systems experience preferred
- Compliance audit or inspection participation experience preferred
Compensation: $51,000-$63,000 USD
