CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 7 on / 7 off | 4x10s (Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and 3x12s (Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures across Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Float between ED, main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinic locations as assigned
• Operate GE CT equipment in accordance with facility protocols and imaging standards
• Document and manage patient imaging data using Epic electronic health records system
• Work assigned holidays when the scheduled shift falls on a holiday
• Participate in emergency response team duties as directed by unit management during declared emergency events

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT specialty
• Experience in ED, inpatient, and outpatient CT environments required
• Epic EMR experience required
• GE equipment experience required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Compact or Louisiana state license in hand at time of submittal
• Must reside more than 65 miles from facility (as measured from address on driver's license to facility address)
• Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced trauma or Level I facility environments
• Experience floating across multiple imaging sites or departments within a large health system
