1st Shift Forklift Operator (6:00AM - 2:30PM Mon- Fri)

Description Join CJ Logistics as a Forklift Operator. You will safely maneuver forklifts to load, unload, pick, and store products, ensuring product quality and on‑time delivery. Pay and Schedule Pay Range: $20.17 per hour Schedule: Mon - Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Eligible for a bi‑weekly productivity bonus on top of base pay Responsibilities Safely operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts to keep orders moving Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets Assist with manual case picking as directed Prepare products for shipment with accuracy and care Conduct outbound load audits, correct labeling and count discrepancies Replenish products in appropriate bays to maintain flow Perform other duties within training and expertise Qualifications At least 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification is a plus Strong team player, positive attitude, and reliable Work Environment Warehouse setting with a fast pace and precision focus Benefits Competitive compensation package Rapid pay – hours worked can be paid out before payday Full health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, PTO, and more Opportunities for advancement EEO Statement CJ Logistics is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
