For more information, please visit and follow Who We're Looking For The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist executes and optimizes paid search campaigns to drive demand, leads, and revenue. This role focuses on hands‑on campaign management, performance analysis, and continuous optimization across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis Write, test, and optimize ad copy to improve CTR and conversion rates Manage bids, budgets, and pacing to hit performance targets Monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and pipeline contribution Execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting Collaborate with analytics, creative, and strategy teams to improve performance Ensure proper tracking and tagging using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager Qualifications 2+ years of paid search / SEM experience Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics platforms Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution basics Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills Experience in a B2B or agency environment Google Ads certification Exposure to landing page optimization and CRO principles Our Culture & Our Core Values Marketbridge supports Fortune 50 companies and global brands in redefining how they go to market.
