Youth Pathways Coach & Navigator

The WRK Group

The WRK Group is seeking a Navigational Coach in Delaware to build partnerships with out-of-school youth (ages 16-24) and provide ongoing guidance from intake through post-exit follow-up. You will help youth set goals, monitor progress, and connect them with services to promote economic mobility. Responsibilities include case management, recruitment and enrollment processes, documentation, budgeting, and community engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr The WRK Group
