Led by CEO/Founder Dr. Steven Posar, we provide neuro‑behavioral health services in long‑term care facilities, focusing on complex psychological and medical management for neurocognitive disorders. What you’ll do Provide psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis of neurocognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and vascular dementia. Conduct cognitive assessments and condition‑specific therapeutic interventions, including insight‑based therapy. Coordinate patient care plans with facility staff, primary care providers, and GuideStar colleagues. Engage family members as indicated to support patient care. What you’ll need to succeed An active state psychologist license, passion for the geriatric population, knowledge of neurobehavioral science, and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
