Indirect Procurement Manager - North America

(Senior) Procurement Manager - Global Retail Organisation - Procurement Transformation

We are exclusively supporting a global organisation as they continue to develop and transform their procurement function globally, with an increasing presence in North America.

This is a broad, hands-on procurement role with responsibility across a diverse range of indirect categories, alongside an opportunity to help shape how procurement operates across the business.

Las Vegas, Navada (Hybrid) | $115-130,000 + bonus + benefits | Fast-paced, open culture

The role:

• Manage and lead procurement activity across areas including Logistics, Technology, Store Operations, Facilities, Construction, Professional Services, Legal and HR
• Lead sourcing activity, supplier selection, negotiation and contract management
• Build and manage strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support the development of procurement governance, processes and ways of working
• Drive supplier management improvements and support the implementation of relevant systems and technology
• Identify opportunities to improve spend visibility, commercial outcomes and procurement efficiency
• Work closely with international teams, supporting wider procurement initiatives and exploring global agreements
• Help develop a more mature procurement function and embed procurement across the wider organisation

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience across indirect procurement / strategic sourcing
• Is confident managing a broad and varied indirects category portfolio
• Can build credibility quickly and develop strong stakeholder relationships
• Is commercially minded and confident leading negotiations and supplier conversations
• Can influence and challenge stakeholders effectively
• Has experience improving procurement processes, governance or ways of working
• Is comfortable driving change and operating in an evolving environment
• Communicates confidently and can present to stakeholders at different levels
• Is proactive, collaborative and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
