If you're passionate about making a difference and want a career that grows with you, Comfort is the place to be!As the HR Coordinator, you will serve as a trusted resource amongst your colleagues and be a key partner in attracting, supporting, and retaining the talented professionals who make our mission possible.*This is a full-time, in-office position offering a Monday-Friday schedule!Our Commitment To YouMeaningful work supporting healthcare professionals who make a difference every day.A collaborative and supportive team environment where your contributions are valued.A culture built on compassion, respect, teamwork, and service excellence.Your ImpactServe as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members.Support recruitment efforts through job postings, candidate sourcing, background screenings, interview coordination, and employment offers.Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding while ensuring all employment requirements are met.Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR forms, and HRIS data within Workday.Support payroll operations through data entry, audits, reporting, and discrepancy resolution.Assist with benefits administration and employee-related programs.Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with required training programs.Assist supervisors with performance management processes and employee relations matters.Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and other administrative documentation.Process employment changes, including hires, status changes, and terminations.Collaborate with leaders across the organization to improve processes and support business objectives.Help foster a positive, welcoming, and professional workplace culture.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources related function.Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare, Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred.Experience with HRIS systems, Workday experience preferred.Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.Ability to maintain professionalism, patience, tact, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsMedical / Dental / Vision InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) matchingEmployee Assistance ProgramFSA / HSALife InsuranceEmployee Referral ProgramThe employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
