Experienced Tool and Die MakerWe are seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for building, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other precision components used in production.Responsibilities:Build, repair, and maintain tools, dies, fixtures, and gaugesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsOperate tool room equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, and drill pressesInspect parts using precision measuring instrumentsTroubleshoot tooling issues and perform necessary adjustments or repairsSupport production by minimizing downtime and improving tool performanceFollow safety and quality standards at all timesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredTool and die training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferredSeveral years of tool and die experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong blueprint reading and machining skillsAbility to work with close tolerances and precision measuring toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsCNC experience is a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive payBenefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD and Life Insurance)Paid time offRetirement planDiscounted Gym MembershipsApply today to join a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
