Lead with purpose. Make an impact every day.Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a Home Care Manager to lead operations in our Plymouth office. If you're a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in people's lives, this is your role.What You'll Do:Oversee daily operations of home care services (HHA, CNA, PCA, Homemaker, Companion)Manage scheduling and ensure strong client–caregiver matchesMaintain communication with clients, families, and care teamsMonitor quality of care and client satisfactionLead, coach, and support office staff and caregiversAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and retentionEnsure compliance with state regulations and company standardsHandle reports, documentation, and payroll prepParticipate in on-call rotation as neededWhat You Bring:2+ years of home care experience2+ years of leadership/management experienceStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and stay cool under pressureTech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, electronic systems)ASAP experience is a plusValid MA driver's license and reliable transportationEducation:Bachelor 's degree in Health or Human Services preferredWhy Join Guardian Angel?♦Supportive, team-oriented environmentOpportunity to lead and grow within the organizationMake a meaningful difference in your community every day &heartsGuardian Angel Senior Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
