Amazon Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is looking for a talented Software Development Engineer (SDE) to build innovative solutions that drive deeper Customer Experience (CX) insights and faster CX improvements across Amazon.As an SDE, you will contribute to a variety of high-impact initiatives that empower our partners. These initiatives include generating data-driven insights through personalized business applications and data infrastructure enhancements, creating seamless workflow experiences by improving our core platform and developing streamlined stakeholder interactions, and cultivating compliance-first solutions that implement robust access controls and raise the bar on security and data governance.Key job responsibilities- Lead and participate in the full development life-cycle, including design, development, and implementation of code, tools, and scripts for one or more systems.- Engage in full-stack development, designing and building scalable, robust web applications and services that enhance the overall customer experience.- Develop and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to create intelligent, personalized customer interactions and automate complex processes.- Innovate and improve processes to enhance key business outputs and drive continuous improvement.- Work closely with program managers, designers, and other stakeholders to rapidly deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.- Leverage your strong coding skills, technical depth, and passion for solving complex problems.About the teamCustomer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
