Class A CDL Driver Dedicated

$1,000 - $1,550 per week

LEM Trucking

Class A CDL Truck Driver

New Orleans, LA 70121
Average Pay: $1,000 to $1,550 Per Week
Minimum Pay Program: $1,000 Weekly
Home Time: Every Week
Mileage: 2,100 to 2,300 Per Week

A Regional Schedule Built Around Weekly Home Time

LEM Trucking is adding drivers in New Orleans, Louisiana, to a regional dry van fleet that combines consistent road time with a weekly trip home. This Class A CDL Truck Driver position averages approximately 2,100 to 2,300 miles each week followed by a scheduled 34 hour reset at home.

Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,550 per week. CPM is determined by verified experience, and qualified drivers have the added protection of a $1,000 minimum weekly pay program when applicable requirements are met.

Dry Van Freight With Minimal Handling

Nearly all freight on this fleet is no touch. Drivers handle a combination of drop and hook assignments and scheduled live pickup or delivery appointments.

The regional structure provides enough road time to build productive mileage without requiring drivers to stay away for several weeks. A Class A CDL Truck Driver returns home each week before beginning the next regional cycle.

What the Fleet Provides

Average weekly earnings from $1,000 to $1,550
Approximately 2,100 to 2,300 miles per week
$1,000 minimum weekly pay program for qualifying drivers
Weekly home time with a scheduled 34 hour reset
99 percent no touch dry van freight

Truck, Orientation, and Benefits

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates a 2016 or newer International, Freightliner, or Kenworth tractor. This fleet uses 10 speed manual transmissions, making previous manual driving experience important for this position.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance options are available along with vacation pay and a 401(k) with company match. Eligible drivers may also participate in rider and pet programs.

Paid orientation lasts approximately three days. Private hotel accommodations and qualifying orientation expenses are provided.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Qualifications

Applicants need a valid Class A CDL and at least six months of verifiable Class A tractor trailer experience within the previous 12 months. Drivers must be comfortable operating a 10 speed manual tractor and satisfy company safety and qualification standards.

LEM Trucking is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
