Athletic Trainer

Job Duties:

• Delivers direct patient care including sports medicine evaluations, treatment planning and home exercise programs that are age and diagnosis appropriate.
• Evaluates progress, adjusts treatment approach as necessary and completes all documentation timely.
• Keeps accurate records of athletes with injuries and demonstrates appropriate care and communication between athletes, coaches and parents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ohio Licensure
• National Certification
