Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour. Pay range of $20 - $30 per hour includesbase pay + bonuses (listed below) Monthly performance-based bonuses Monthly bonus depending on add‑on repairs Annual bonus Paid training with a raise upon demonstration of ability to work independently Paid holidays and minimum 10 days of paid time off (+ growth annually) Branded company vehicle Medical, cellphone and clothing stipends Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided What You’ll Do Perform on‑site cosmetic, small surface repairs (chips, scratches, burns, etc.) utilizing our unique 5‑step process in commercial and residential properties such as apartments, hotels, and senior living communities.
