Registered Nurse IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments adhering to protocols and physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor vital signs and symptoms, promptly reporting changes to the healthcare team.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Operate medical equipment and perform clinical procedures with accuracy.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess an active Oregon RN license.
  
  
• 
  Hold BLS and ACLS certifications within the past 5 years.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate recent (within 2 years) acute care hospital or intermediate/progressive care experience.
  
  
• 
  Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as required.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong critical thinking and communication skills.
