Job TitleBASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the greeting, checking in and out, and associated needs of guests are met in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.Responsible for polite and efficient transferring of calls as needed.Accurately enter information into computer lodging system.Effectively work with VIP Services to ensure proper handling of all VIP's.Promote and project a positive image of Fitzgeralds Casino Hotel to all callers.Other associated duties as required.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION):Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Superior ability to effectively interact with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner.Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.Computer experiences a plus.Ability to adhere to department schedule.Demonstrate the ability to be a team player.
