Aurum Wireless is building a national retail sales organization, with hundreds of potential store locations available for expansion across the United States.

Our biggest limitation isn’t opportunity—it’s developing enough talented leaders to open and operate those locations.

We’re hiring competitive, ambitious people who want more than another entry-level retail job. You’ll begin as a Mobility Expert, representing wireless and connectivity services inside a high-traffic retail location.

As you demonstrate consistent performance, professionalism and leadership ability, you can earn the opportunity to build a team and take responsibility for your own store—potentially within your first several months.

Everyone begins in sales because we believe leaders should understand the work they will eventually coach and manage. Advancement is based on performance, not seniority.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as an in-store brand ambassador for wireless and connectivity services
• Professionally engage customers inside high-traffic retail locations
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
• Explain available plans, promotions, devices and savings
• Help customers select services that fit their household
• Complete customer enrollments accurately
• Work toward clearly defined individual and team goals
• Participate in daily sales and leadership development
• Learn how to recruit, train and motivate a successful retail team
• Take on increasing responsibility as you meet performance benchmarks

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time, paid W-2 position
• Hourly earnings with uncapped performance-based commissions
• Monthly bonuses, contests and recognition
• Successful performers can target $45,000–$70,000+ annually
• Store leadership positions can offer six-figure earning potential
