Role Description The Digital Marketing and Website Development Associate is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Delhi, NY. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s website, including updating content, improving user experience, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. The associate will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and email to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating with the travel operations team to feature current packages, analyzing web and campaign performance metrics, and implementing SEO best practices. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent branding and supporting online customer engagement initiatives. Qualifications Website development and management skills, including CMS handling, basic front‑end design, and usability optimization. Digital marketing capabilities, such as SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. Content creation skills for web pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns, with clear and engaging writing. Analytical skills to interpret web traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, sales, and leadership teams. Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing is an advantage.
