Together, we are EXP.Are you ready to design your future?Be our next Senior Project Manager, TransportationEXP is currently seeking a talented Senior Project Manager, Transportation for the Southern California market. In this role, you will be a part of the Civil team for Transportation projects based in Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County or San Bernardino). Candidate must be able to work within a team environment and have good communication skills.What a day at EXP has in store for youManage a wide variety and complexity of highway related projectsMaintain project schedules and manage project financials including profit/loss responsibility and targeted direct marginCoordinate staff required for internal project teams, including directing, coordinating and reviewing work by othersPerform design computations, oversee report, plan and specification development and sign and seal construction documents as necessaryOversee and approve invoicing/billing and manage project scope and secure change orders as necessaryWork with other senior staff within Infrastructure & Transportation and other practices groups, as necessary, to execute project deliveryAct as EXP's representative with the client and selected subcontractors during project executionAssist in the preparation of proposal and presentations for project pursuitsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsWhat your experience looks likeBachelor of Science or higher in Engineering. Preferably in civil, transportation or environmental engineering.In depth knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.12 plus years of experience.PE License in the State of CaliforniaStrong technical design background in road and highway design and Project ManagementExperience with local City and County agency standards and projects.Excellent oral and written communications skillsBasic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS ProjectThe pay range for this role is $175,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
