Global Head of Customer Experience & Support

Cirrus, located in Alcoa, Tennessee, is seeking a Vice President-Customer Support to lead the global customer support organization with full P&L responsibility. This executive role requires a strategic mindset to refine customer service experiences across ownership programs and mobile maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation customer support, proven leadership in managing diverse teams, and will demonstrate exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
