CRNA Opportunity At Lake Granbury Medical CenterWe're looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, Texas. Position highlights include compensation of $260k for 44 weeks of service, a W2 position with full benefits, 8 weeks off, no call, and the ability to pick up additional weekend call shifts if interested. Case types include general surgery, ENT, endo, urology, orthopedic, and GYN split between the main OR and hospital-based ASC. Malpractice and tail coverage are provided.Qualifications include board certification. Employment benefits include full W2 employment with comprehensive benefits, health, dental, and vision that take effect the first of the month after you start, 401K match of up to 4% with immediate vesting, paid short term and long-term disability, CME & professional dues, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, access to group-sponsored CME, wellness resources, and leadership support.
