Location: Gillespie Health & Rehab – Gillespie, IL
Schedule: Weekend Shifts – Friday, Saturday & Sunday

As a CNA, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents
Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs
Monitor residents and report changes in condition or behavior to the nursing team
Take and record vital signs as assigned
Help ensure residents' comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being
Make routine rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
Treat residents and their belongings with dignity and respect
Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
Help create a positive and resident-centered environment
Current Illinois CNA certification
Compassionate and passionate about caring for others
Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
