• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,230 - $3,460

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant in a hospital, emergency department, or similar acute care setting
• Experience and ability to perform fluoroscopy procedures and exams; strong radiology skills preferred
• Clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and procedural support
• Excellent communication skills (English: speak, read, write) and collaborative approach to team-based care
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as required and maintain regular on-site attendance during scheduled shifts
• Active PA license or ability to obtain Montana state licensure (locum tenens credentialing support may be available)

• Function independently to provide high-quality, patient-centric care in hospital and clinic settings as a Physician Assistant (PA)
• Obtain comprehensive patient history, perform focused physical exams, and review prior records and ancillary data (radiology, labs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate treatment plans using sound clinical judgment and up-to-date medical information
• Perform and assist with fluoroscopy-guided procedures and collaborate with radiology and ancillary departments
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team to coordinate safe, continuous care
• Provide patient education, counseling, and discharge planning to support treatment adherence and recovery
• Assist physicians with patient management in accordance with hospital policies and PA scope of practice
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and timely charting in the electronic medical record
• May float to other departments or be placed on-call as needed to support hospital staffing
