Job Description The Front Office Team Member at our Orthodontic office is essential to maintaining efficient daily operations and delivering outstanding patient service. This role involves managing phone and in-person interactions, scheduling appointments, handling insurance filings, processing payments, and serving as a key contact between patients and the practice. Working within a medium-sized team and reporting to the Practice Manager, this position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Handle incoming phone calls professionally and promptly Schedule patient appointments using a third-party system Process insurance filings accurately and timely Check in patients upon arrival and provide excellent customer service Process patient payments and manage transactions Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and team members Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized (6-10 members) front office team Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in front office administration Proficiency in appointment scheduling Experience with payment processing Strong customer service skills Excellent telephone communication abilities Organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in front office or administrative roles High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and phone communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a medium-sized team #J-18808-Ljbffr
